Nominees for this award must be a compliance team within an organisation. Judges will look for examples of how the team in question has created a culture of compliance, engaged with other parts of the organisation, initiated departmental or individual training, changed business practices, and engaged more broadly with the industry, including trade associations. This could include a team whose influence has led their organisation to new compliance regimes in new markets.
