The winning team will have shown agility and leadership in responding to regulatory change, ensuring their organisation remains compliant while enabling partners and clients to meet evolving regulatory expectations.
Judges will assess how the compliance team has influenced product development, commercial decision-making, and internal governance, as well as how it has engaged with other functions to deliver effective compliance training and best practice. Strong entries will also demonstrate active engagement with regulators, industry bodies, and customers, including supporting compliance in new markets or under new regulatory regimes, and contributing to the advancement of industry standards.
