Judges will look for clear examples of how the compliance team has embedded compliance into day-to-day operations, collaborated effectively with other departments, delivered targeted training at the departmental or individual level, and driven meaningful changes to business practices. Consideration will also be given to how the team has engaged externally with regulators, trade associations, or the wider industry, including supporting market entry or expansion under new regulatory frameworks.
