This award recognises a team inside an organisation that proactively embraces the culture of compliance. This team reacts positively to regulatory developments and whose influence has resulted in their organisation leading the way in new compliance regimes.
Nominees for this award must be a compliance team within an organisation. Judges will be looking for examples of how the team in question has created a culture of compliance, engaged with other parts of the organisation, initiation of departmental or individual training, changed business practices within the organisation and engaged more broadly with the industry, including trade associations. This could include a team whose influence has led their organisation to new compliance regimes in new markets.
