What the judges will be looking for
This will be awarded to a genuine leader in their organisation – a person who proactively engages with management, their team, and regulatory bodies to promote best practice initiatives throughout the organisation and creates a culture of compliance. You should give examples of how the individual has done this. Appearances at industry conferences, training initiatives introduced into the organisation, and demonstrations of thought leadership will also be considered.
